A motivational session was conducted for the Entrepreneurs group, consisting of participants from various business background. Some medium and small but having lot of drive and energy to do something. It was coordinated by Christian Business Forum, Kalimpong. This was the first such session held for Entrepreneurs group and the feedback received post session was very encouraging.

As the group consisted of Entrepreneurs from different background also in different area of profession, the theme for the session was DREAM BIG. The theme was taken considering the fact that many of the business dreams do not get translated into reality as the entrepreneur is not able to hold on to the fact that he or she has to Dream Big. Therefore, the idea was to make the participants to start thinking differently, have a plan for the business and self, creating road map and so on. The Session was divided into theoretical as well as practical, and relevant to the group. The group activities provided them to learn and how it would help in their business.

Participants, after the motivational session, provided the feedback:

• Some were not keen to come for the session but admitted had they not attended they would have missed a lot.
• The learning from the games have increased their self-belief
• Their confidence got boosted
• Requested for such workshops at regular intervals
